Last post on McLame

John McCain says that he doesn't work for the party. Well if that's the case then maybe he should give back the $200 million to the republican party and try and raise his own money because he doesn't support them. Except for the fact that he voted with Bush 95% of the time in 2007 and 100% of the time in 2006. So I can only assume he's an independent and the GOP needs to find somebody else to run on their ticket.

Headline reads McCain distancing himself from GOP

Another convenient disappearance Demeur. That letter from Dr Butler is nowhere to be found now. I wrote a post about it.

It's disappearance ties handily into your post here. He spouts about change, but his tactics indicate business as usual.

I liked the signs I saw last night at the convention. There were some unhappy sign toters that actually made in on TV.

I know the Right will say the only got shown because the media is packed with left wing boogey men trying to undo all of the great things they have done.

Whatever, not all of the vets are happy with Mccain apparently.

Mac
I have a copy or a link to Dr. Butlers article. Let me see if I can bring it up. Wouldn't want the truth to be buried.

The 200 protesters that were arrested barely made the news and several of them were reporters. Honesty in government my arse.

and your complaint with John McCain tells us what about your candidate? Why are the democrats always so negative---?? I read Dr. Butlers letter. I found it succinct, and well written. Not once did he say anything negative, and yet was able to express his personal opinions. Do you really believe the government controls the net to that extent?---thats a bit paranoid don't ya think. Besides the world knows that Yahoo is blantantly leftist in its likes.

Yep he needs to run using only the taxpayer money he's taking and the Republican party needs to stop paying for commercials paid for with non public funding.
Let's see John ran part of the race with Public Funding, stopped it, took it again, and stopped it again and not carps about Obama for never taking it?

McCain's actually violated (in more than just spirit) a vew election funding rules in this cycle.

Gary
Why are the Democrats so negative?
Excuse me, did you even watch 5 minutes of the Republican Complainers Convention?
Seems to me I saw and heard McCain lay your party out as failures of corruption, neglect and excess - maybe you had fallen asleep by that point.
He then asked for Americans to give the Republican party another 4 years to soil and torch the premises again .
