Love the picture. OK, 'spain, please. Why all these dinky little banks and what exactly is a bank failure? Is that like bankruptcy? What happens to people's deposits and or loans? I'm Canadian and we don't have bank failures.
Fodder- That's a U.S. thing. It's when greedy bank executives come up with a scheme to dupe borrowers into mortgaging their homes for far more than they're worth, hence making massive fees, comissions, and bonuses. When the borrower can't pay the mortgage the bank takes back the house and get's rewarded a second time with a bail out. So then the executives get another bonus from the bail out funds and the whole process starts over again.

Cute cat photo and a clever caption. Best laugh of the day. And I needed one.

I had more pussies than you did. But fewer captions.
Of course you Canucks don't have bank failures since the government owns EVERYTHING, you commie pinkos.
