The ex-CEO of Bank of America is facing civil charges for the lies and cover up of the Merril Lynch deal. And I hope they can take Jamie Dimon (Chase CEO) with him. In fact round up all the greedy bastards and give them a cell next to Madoff's. Make's you wonder who'd be the b&%ch in that crowd.

My Kleenex remains dry at this news. I don't know the specifics, but trust that Cuomo does — and will make the charges stick.
It's past time in this country for the law to be enforced as rigorously and successfully against well-spoken crooks and thugs in $800 suits who bilk millions out of billions as it is against two-bit punks who rob a mini-mart or liquor store. It's time for them to get the same kind of prison experience, too.
