Finally some seasonably cold weather. Now we Mainers can at least think about bitching about winter, discussing how much snow we're gonna shovel, and complaining about the money spent by our respective towns for the sand and salt they put up in the salt sheds.
That partial headline on the iconic restaurant chain piqued my curiosity, so I hunted it down. I guess Wintzell's Oyster House, or someone who works for the outfit, thought Seattle was far enough away that a business there would never know their intellectual property was being stolen.
If the Seattle firm's case holds up in court, I hope Wintzell's gets slapped with a fine and damages they will never forget. Stealing intelectual property is no less stealing than vehicle theft or burglary.
A couple of folks also got shot in Renton.
It's still pretty peaceful over here, just the normal shit that keeps the jail full.
I've joined Carlin's camp, mankind is a piece of shit, fuck hope.

I was in town that day.
I know exactly where that house was.
Funny how they always seem to have millions for sand and salt but nothing for the homeless shelters.
I didn't bother to read any of the articles. I'm depressed enough.
Oh it'll get worse over there as the economy gets worse Billy just wait.
I guess landscaping business wasn't working out for him.
You get all the good headlines, though Lake County gun sales & training are both up. They better not even think about invading Callahooga County.
BATTLE OVER BALLS
Actually there IS a full moon and we in Yurp get a total eclipse of the moon on saturday afternoon :-)
