I'm busy fucking around, waited most of the day for a phone tech to show up that didn't, I think I'll just drop my land line, I seldom use it anyway.
As for cars floating, it depends on the car. VW Beetles had sort of a closed underpan that made them temporarily floatable.
Yeah, they do give you a few extra minutes to try to save your sorry ass after doing something stupid.
Actually most rigs these days are sealed up pretty well, it's the weight that sinks them.
Even submarines have air in them, it's the weight and ballast in them that allows them to sink.
And all that hot air in the government won't keep it afloat.
