Hungarian justice
I do like how some of the European countries deal with environmental issues.
Director Zoltan Bakonyi being held on suspicion of public endangerment causing multiple deaths and environmental damage.
Prime Minister Viktor Orban told parliament that the government wanted to take over MAL Rt., the Hungarian Aluminum Production and Trade Company, because the safe restart of production at the alumina plant was needed to save the jobs of thousands of workers.
Orban said his administration was also freezing the company's assets to ensure that funds were available to compensate for the damages caused by the disaster.
No taxpayer bailouts there.

I like what you said about draining it into an abandoned mine and can't believe it was not done in the past. This is a major catastrophe and the Russian's should be helping and held accountable.
I wish Obama would take some cues from the Hungarian government when it comes to massive disasters caused by corporate negligence and malfeasance.
Let's have another look at it in a few months.

It's just a wild ass guess but I'll bet that Obama holds stocks on the stock market and wants to cover his ass and investments.
BBC is probably right on this one..
About that illustration: The person to be executed is positioned directly in front of a window. That's not a good idea, because someone might be inside, working at a desk or eating lunch, or something.
Sheesh.
SW I was thinking about that but maybe he's standing in front of his plant hoping a stray bullet will set it on fire and he can just take the whole thing with him.
What? No prime ministerial medals of freedom?
We have such a pop culture pussy lame politically correct society, that we couldnt even take measure's of justice seriously. YES ... this work's ... when you have an enemy of any kind ... or problem ... you simply dont rant about it, and try to be politically correct ... you eliminate it ... period! And beside's ...
