More republican hypocracy

You remember Larry Craig that wonderful family values anti homosexual senator who got caught trying to solicit sex in a mens restroom at the airport. Well now we have a conservative judge, appointed by Reagan so you know he's republican, having to remove himself from the bench because his personnal website contains some pornography. The case he's hearing is about pornography. And if you think this is some isolated example of republican hypocracy just google "republican sex scandals" and see what comes up (no pun intended). This holier than thou party has more skeletons in their closet than a halloween party on Friday the thirteenth. Needless to say I hate hypocrites.

Isn't it an amazing surpris. Us liberals get to have un-hypocritic sex. It may be scandalous at the time, but we don't have to hide from it.

whats your point?? I'm pretty certain the progressives (aka what we use to call liberals) have just as much sex scandals as the republicans----.

gjg - It isn't the sex or the scandal itself. It is the embracing of "family values" and looking down their noses at the rest of us in the swamp. The Republican Party's hubris is coming back to bite them in the butt. Call it Clinton's Revenge.

Everytime one of them gets caught being human and making bad choices as most of us have done, their holier than thou attitude looks that much more superficial. Yet they seem intent on instilling their values on the rest of us.

So when they talk the talk and then get caught not walking the walk, their hypocrisy jumps out like a pounded thumb. We cannot ignore it.
