The new illegal FISA law

Congress passed the new warrentless surveillence program on Thursday but it seems the ACLU and a few other groups have different ideas about the legality of this program. Like the fact that it violates the fourth ammendment to our constitution.

Not so fast boys

Stories of this lawsuit have left MSM faster than rats leaving when the lighs are flipped on.

In that this bill had broad bi-partisan support, it reinforces my disdain for both parties. Maybe it is time we faced reality about the Constitution. When push comes to shove, it gets tossed in the hopper when the mood suits either side. We should maybe stop worshiping it because the people we elect to run things have.
